The collar and cuffs are lined with soft fleece. A storm flap on the zippers provides extra protection against cold air. The waist, and wrist and ankle cuffs are elastic for a good fit. The replaceable elastic stirrups help to keep the pants in place. They are replaceable. Layer 3 – outer layer that retains warmth and protects against all weather.
