Return a Gift
To return a gift, please contact us at customer service. You can either email us or message us on our live chat service. Please have the following information handy when you contact us: gift giver’s name, order number, and items you wish to return. All gift items will need to be returned as close to 30 days from your time of receipt as possible. All gift items will be returned for customer credit only.
To return gift items, we can email you a return label or you can use your own postage. We do charge a nominal fee of $7.45 for return labels. The charge for the label will be deducted from the value of your return. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you are using your own postage, please mail your return package to:

For your peace of mind, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. ODSS is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Keep your tracking number handy for reference until we process your return.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email from us with the value of your customer credit. You will need to create a customer account with us here if you do not have one already so that we can deposit your credit there.
