Windproof and waterproof rain jacket with fleece lining; perfect for cold, rainy days. The jacket has a striped front and back, and solid color sleeves. It has a soft, comfy fleece lining (not too thick to retain ease of movement), and a detachable hood that is fastened with snaps. The collar is lined with soft fleece. The garment has reflectors on the front, back and hood. The zipper has a chin guard that is gentle on the chin and cheeks, and it also features a storm flap that provides extra protection against cold air and wet conditions.
