We want you to feel confident ordering gear for your child. If something isn’t quite right, returning an item will be simple and quick.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This helps ensure the fastest turnaround and the best chance of getting the item you need while it’s still in stock.

We’re continuously improving our returns experience to make outfitting kids for outdoor learning as easy as possible.

• Eligible items may be returned within 35 days of order placement
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt
• Please inspect items upon arrival; quality defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Items you would like to return must be unworn and unwashed with tags in place. If footwear is purchased, be sure to try on items on a clean indoor surface so that the sole remains clean. We will be unable to refund goods which do not meet these criteria. Should your return not meet these criteria, we will be happy to return the items but the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges at cost.

Product Care & Responsibility

To preserve the longevity of your child’s gear, please follow the care instructions listed on each garment label. ODSS is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or drying.We recommend hang drying whenever possible to extend the life of outerwear. Avoid detergents containing optical brighteners. Wool items should be washed on the delicate setting and laid flat or hung to dry.Proper care helps ensure your child’s gear performs as intended season after season.
