To Create A Return
ODSS is happy to provide you a shipping label for any valid return. The cost of the return shipping label ($6.99) will be deducted from the value of your returned merchandise.
Important: Return labels are provided as printable PDFs. Customers are responsible for printing and attaching the label to the
package before drop-off. If you don’t have access to a printer, many carrier locations can print the label for you when you show it on your phone.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This helps ensure the fastest turnaround and the best chance of getting the item you need while it’s still in stock.
We’re continuously improving our returns experience to make outfitting kids for outdoor learning as easy as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Eligible items may be returned within 35 days of order placement
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt
Condition of Returns
Items you would like to return must be unworn and unwashed with tags in place. If footwear is purchased, be sure to try on items on a clean indoor surface so that the sole remains clean. We will be unable to refund goods which do not meet these criteria. Should your return not meet these criteria, we will be happy to return the items but the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges at cost.
Upon receipt of your order, take time to inspect the items you received. ODSS will replace any item that has a legitimate quality defect. Notices of such defects must be made to ODSS within 14 days of order receipt as based on the tracking confirmation. ODSS is not responsible for items that get damaged when washed or dried. To avoid damage to your child’s outerwear, take time to carefully read washing instructions on the garment label. ODSS always advises parents to choose hang drying whenever possible to increase the longevity of your child’s gear. Also, avoid clothes soap with optic brighteners. Wool should be washed on the delicates’ setting and hung dry.
