Returns made simple. Start your return through your ODSS account or the Shop app, then follow the emailed instructions to send your item back.

Use your ODSS account or the Shop app.

- Select your order
- Choose items and submit
In the Shop app
- Open your order
- Tap to request a return
You’ll receive instructions and a return label by email. No printer? Most carrier locations can print it for you.
Returns must be initiated through your account or Shop app.
Return window
- 0–35 days: refund to original payment
- 36–60 days: store credit
- 60+ days: not eligible
Returns must arrive at our warehouse within the applicable window.
Return shipping
- $6.99 deducted from refunds
- Free return shipping for store credit
Use appropriately sized packaging so the label covers the shipment.
Item condition
Items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- with tags attached
Try footwear indoors only.
Items that do not meet these standards cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Return the item and place a new order to get the correct size or style quickly.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued after inspection.
Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear.
Original shipping is non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Final Sale & Outlet
Final Sale and Outlet items are not returnable unless defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report issues within 14 days of delivery.
We will replace items with verified defects.
Damage from washing or drying is not covered.
